হোম ডেলিভারি:
নিরাপদ, সময়মতো এবং ঝামেলামুক্ত হোম ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করতে Sweezy-এর অভ্যন্তরীণ এবং বাহ্যিক বিতরণ ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে।
ডেলিভারি সময়:
আমাদের ডেলিভারি সময় সকাল 9 টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা 7 টা পর্যন্ত । সাধারণত, আপনার অর্ডারের পর সর্বোচ্চ এক ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়। আমরা ঢাকার ভিতরে 3-24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করি। তবে গ্রাহকদের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী অতি দ্রুত ডেলিভারি বিশেষ অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য (একটি অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে) । অতি দ্রুত ডেলিভারির জন্য আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে এখানে ক্লিক করুন।
ডেলিভারি খরচ:
ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে শিপিং খরচ ৭০ টাকা ১ কেজি পর্যন্ত পার্সেল এর জন্য এবং ১ কেজির বেশি ওজনের জন্য প্রতি কেজি তে ১৫ টাকা করে অতিরিক্ত যোগ হবে।
অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং:
আপনি আপনার অর্ডারের প্রকৃত অবস্থা জানতে Sweezy ওয়েবসাইট এবং অ্যাপস থেকে অর্ডার ট্র্যাক্ট করতে পারেন। আপনার অর্ডার ট্র্যাক করতে অনুগ্রহ করে বাক্সে আপনার অর্ডার আইডি লিখুন এবং “ট্র্যাক” বোতাম টিপুন। এটি আপনার রসিদে এবং নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেলে আপনাকে দেওয়া হয়েছিল যেটি আপনি পেয়েছিলেন। এখানে ক্লিক করুন
বিঃদ্রঃ:
· কোম্পানি ডেলিভারি করবে এবং/অথবা গ্রাহকের দেওয়া ডেলিভারি ঠিকানায় পণ্য ডেলিভারির ব্যবস্থা করবে। পণ্যের ডেলিভারি গ্রাহকের দ্বারা প্রদত্ত ডেলিভারি অবস্থান/নির্ধারিত ঠিকানায় পণ্যের আগমনের সাথে সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
· যদি গ্রাহক নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে প্রদত্ত ঠিকানায় পণ্যগুলি পেতে অনুপলব্ধ হন, তবে গ্রাহক কোম্পানির গুদাম থেকে পণ্যগুলি প্রেরণের আগে কোম্পানিকে অবহিত করবেন।
· কোম্পানি একটি তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার বা ডেলিভারি পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করতে পারে বা পণ্য সরবরাহের জন্য কোম্পানি তার নিজস্ব সম্পদ ব্যবহার করতে পারে।
· পণ্যের প্রতিটি ডেলিভারির সাথে একটি ডেলিভারি নোট থাকে যা পণ্যের যুক্তিসঙ্গত বিবরণ, ক্রেতা হিসাবে গ্রাহকের তথ্য, পণ্যের মূল্য ইত্যাদি দেখায় তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য কোম্পানি সমস্ত যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রচেষ্টা করবে।
· যে কোনো কারণে সরবরাহে বিলম্বের জন্য কোম্পানি দায়ী থাকবে না।
· গ্রাহকদের কাছ থেকে আংশিক বিতরণ নির্দেশাবলী কোম্পানি দ্বারা গ্রহণ করা হবে না.
· ডেলিভারির খরচ সাধারণত গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে। যাইহোক, এটি কোম্পানির সম্পূর্ণ বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে প্রচারমূলক অফার, পণ্যের প্রকৃতি, ওজন, ডেলিভারির অবস্থান ইত্যাদির ভিত্তিতে পরিবর্তন করা যেতে পারে।

Our delivery time is from 9 am to 7 pm. Usually, the delivery process starts within a maximum of one hour after placing your order. We deliver within 3-24 hours within Dhaka. However, super-fast delivery is applicable to special orders as per customer requirements (an additional delivery charge will apply). For super-fast delivery please contact us.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is BDT70/parcel up to 1 kg & an additional weight of BDT15/kg will be added within Dhaka City.
ORDER TRACKING
You can tract order from SWEEZY website & Apps to know actual status of your order. To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received. Click Here
NOTE:
- The Company will deliver and/or arrange for delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided by the Customer. Delivery of the goods shall be completed on the good’s arrival at the delivery location/designated address provided by the Customer.
- If the Customer is unavailable to receive the goods at the given address at the given time, the Customer shall notify the Company before dispatching the goods from the warehouse of the Company.
- The Company may use a third-party courier or delivery services, or the Company may use its own resources for the delivery of the goods.
- The Company shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that each delivery of the goods is accompanied by a delivery note which shows the reasonable details of the goods, information about the Customer as a buyer, the price of the goods, etc.
- The Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery for any reason whatsoever.
- Partial delivery instructions from the Customers shall not be accepted by the Company.
- The cost of the delivery shall generally be borne by the Customer. However, this may in the Company’s absolute discretion be changed on the basis of promotional offer, nature of the goods, weight, delivery location, etc.
